As with the standard V Series lock, the master keyed version has a machined brass lock body and a hardened steel core head, black nickel plated to provide corrosion resistance. The additional facility of master keying allows each lock to have its own individual ‘differ’ key but permits a master key to open all the locks within the suite. Each set or ‘suite’ of master keyed locks is manufactured to order and has a master key code that is unique to the user, with optional key registration. The tumblers and springs in this lock are made from stainless steel, as are the metal parts of the key. Design registration and patent protection have been granted for this lock, which, in addition to the unusual design of the key, help to prevent unauthorised duplication. Available in 18mm and 25mm body lengths. Supplied with, as standard, a flat cam, a body nut and a Nyloc type tail nut. Keyed to differ locks are supplied with two keys per lock. We strongly recommend the use of a Protective Collar, Product Code Number PC1., with this product.
