The U shaped welding part of the 094 is copper plated steel, for good welding results. The body can be specified in die-cast zinc alloy (DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1) or in aluminium. The hinge is secured to the enclosure or other application by two M5 x 7 screws. The hinge pin is fitted with an O ring.

The hinge is 40mm long, excluding the fixing plate, and 19mm wide. The hinge rotation angle is 110°.

Typical applications include electric panels and machinery covers.
