The 194 is available in three sizes, to fit doors with a bend of between 18mm and 27mm. The body is die-cast zinc alloy (DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1) and the welding part is copper plated steel, for easy welding. The hinge is fitted to the application using the two M5 x 7 screws supplied. The maximum hinge rotation angle is 130°.

Typical applications include electric panels and machinery covers.
