The body of the robust 100-1-2 range of 11 corner hinges is tough die-cast zinc alloy (specification DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1), which has a black powder coated finish. The hinge bearing is polyamide and the hinge pin is hardened steel. Can be specified for use with doors that have a bend that is 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 15mm, 17mm, 20mm, 25mm, 27mm or 30mm. Pre-drilled with two 5.3mm diameter, countersunk holes. The hinge rotation angle is 180°.

Well suited to larger electric panels and machinery covers.
