The body of the stylish 200-1-2 range of corner hinges is tough die-cast zinc alloy (specification DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1), which has a black powder coated finish. The part of the hinge that attaches to the enclosure or other application is steel, as is the hinge pin. Can be specified for use with doors that have either a 17mm bend or a 21mm bend. The type for doors with a 17mm bend, version 25, is fitted by using two M6 countersunk screws (not supplied) and the type for doors with a 21mm bend, version 17, extends the choice available to be fitted either by using two M6 bolts (not supplied) or two M6 threaded studs. The dimensions of the 200-1-2 are 40mm long and 42mm wide. The hinge rotation angle is 180°.
