The 400 corner hinge has been in strong demand since its introduction due to its stylish appearance and choice of material. The body can be specified in either budget priced, black, polyamide (specification DIN-EN ISO 1043-1 PA6 GFR 30) or in tough die-cast zinc alloy (DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1), which is black powder coated. The centre part that is attached to the application and the hinge pin are made of steel. Designed for fitting to doors with a 16.5mm bend (edge).

The hinge is available in two fixing versions, bolt-on using the special polyamide fixing part and two M5 screws supplied or an M5 stud type. The maximum hinge rotation angle is 180°.

A good choice for larger electric panels.
