The grip part of this gasketing is manufactured from black PVC (polyvinyl chloride thermoplastic polymer) and has four short, white, self gripping fins along one inside wall and two longer, white, self gripping fins along the other. PVC is very durable, has a high strength to weight ratio and good flexibility.

The bulb part of the gasketing is black EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), a type of synthetic rubber. The bulb extends from the side of the grip part of this gasketing and has three hollow cores to provide for ample compression in most applications. EPDM has a low residual displacement after the compression has been removed and can tolerate a wide range of temperatures, UV, oxygen and ozone, which makes it suitable for outdoor applications.

Suitable for panels or doors of between 2mm and 4mm. Supplied in 50m lengths.
