This range of very heavy duty hinges is manufactured from steel and can be specified in either a zinc plated or black powder coated finish. This hinge provides high resistance. The hinge pin is stainless steel (specification AISI 304) and the maximum hinge rotation angle is 270°.

The fixing options are two M8 x 12 threaded mounting studs per leaf, two M8 x 12 threaded mounting studs on one leaf and three on the other leaf or three M8 x 12 threaded mounting studs per leaf. The mounting studs have domed heads to provide a stylish appearance. The length is 60mm and the overall width is either 76mm, 106mm or 136mm.
