This range of three heavy duty hinges is manufactured from 2.5mm thick steel and can be specified in either a zinc plated (799-6-3) or black powder coated finish (799-6-2). The hinge pin is stainless steel (specification AISI 304) and the maximum hinge rotation angle is 270°.

The range comprises a 50mm x 50mm type with two pre-drilled holes in each leaf, a 50mm long x 75mm wide version with two pre-drilled holes in the shorter leaf and three holes in the wider leaf or a 50mm long x 100mm wide version with three pre-drilled holes in each leaf.

Suitable for a wide range of applications, including plain and flush-mounted heavy isolation doors, electric panels and built-in covers.
