The body of the 600-1-2-00-3 hinge is manufactured from tough die-cast zinc alloy (specification DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1), which has a black powder coated finish. The hinge pin is steel and the bearing is hardwearing thermoplastic (Delrin®). Both these items are supplied as separate components to enable the door to be mounted easily.

The hinge leaf and flange are 60mm long and the overall width is 57mm.
