The 294 is a recent addition to the concealed hinges range and is designed to maximise the space available. The 40mm long hinge has a special 135° cross section and is ideal for small panels having a 10mm, 45° internal bend. The body is die-cast zinc alloy (DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1) and the welding part is copper plated steel, for easy welding. The hinge pin is steel. The hinge has an integral M5 stud and is secured easily by a single M5 nut. The maximum hinge rotation angle is 110°.
