The T8871 T-handle locking cylinder is a superior version of the standard 8871 locking cylinder that is the widely used in T-handles on vending machines. The 10 pin radial pin tumbler mechanism provides over five million different key combinations and enhanced resistance to picking and manipulation. Its simplicity of design and operation and inherent strength make it extremely versatile. Keyed alike, keyed alike groups and keyed different cylinder locks may be assigned to ensure maximum key control.

The housing is die-cast alloy with a polished chrome finish and the locking mechanism is machined from brass, with a sintered brass bolt. Available with a standard bolt, flush bolt or deadbolt. An anti drill center enhances resistance to physical attack.
