T-handle cylinder locks

Although used primarily in pop-out T-handles, due to the ingenuity of our customers, these cylinder locks, or close derivatives, are now found in numerous other applications such as towing hitch locks, steering wheel locks, wheel clamps, retail security coat hangers and retractable parking posts.

Although the range of vending machines in use these days is vast, our combined ranges of pop-out T handles and locking cylinders is so extensive that we have a lock for almost every application.

There are many levels of security from which to choose. The range comprises conventional 7 and 10 pin radial pin tumbler types, the award winning ‘Octagon’ 7 and 10 pin ranges, ‘Camatic’, ‘V Series’ and ‘V-matic’ models. Other types such as springless detainer cylinders are available to special order.

These locks use a number of cylindrical pins of differing lengths arranged in a circle and are operated by a ‘tubular’ type of key.

Fixed combination, no master key system

These popular radial pin tumbler locking inserts are all supplied with a key combination that cannot be changed or operated by a master key.

Fixed combination, master key system

A set or ‘group’ of these locking cylinders is available with each lock operated by a different key and also by a ‘master key’, which will work any lock within the set, providing the advantage of ‘one key fits all’.

Changeable combination

These radial pin tumbler locking cylinders may be set to a new key combination by using a special key, avoiding much of the expense of changing locks if the keys are lost or stolen.
