A 40mm radial pin tumbler (‘RPT’) padlock incorporating a 7-pin cylinder, with the additional benefits of the ‘Octagon’ mechanism, providing excellent security for unsupervised locations, applications requiring strong secondary security and those that are frequently targeted by criminals. Also suitable for factory premises, lockers, offices, stores, gates and cabinet doors.
The Series 168 padlock offers over 500,000 different key combinations. Key assignment is available on keyed alike, keyed alike groups and keyed different padlocks, subject to a minimum order quantity.
The brass body and lock cylinder, together with a stainless steel shackle, resist corrosion. The shackle frustrates sawing, filing and prying. Available in a standard 28.5mm (1.1”) or extended 50mm (2”) shackle length.
