The 593-1 is a stylish offset hinge (or side hinge) that is fitted using four M5 countersunk screws and nuts. The hinge can be specified in two versions: the standard offset that is 19.5mm high and the enhanced offset, which uses an adaptor plate to provide a height of 25.5mm. Can also be specified with a chrome plated or black powder coated finish.

The hinge is manufactured from die-cast zinc alloy (DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1) and the hinge pin is stainless steel. The maximum hinge rotation angle is 180°.

Typical applications include electric panels and machinery covers.
