The 700-1-2-00-2 is supplied ready assembled to reduce manufacturers’ labour costs and is mounted using six M5 screws (not supplied).

The hinge body is manufactured from tough die-cast zinc alloy (specification DIN-EN 1774-ZnAl4Cu1), which has a black powder coated finish. The hinge pin is steel and the bearing is hardwearing thermoplastic (Delrin®).

The overall length of the hinge measures 100mm, the leaf is 60mm long and the width is 98mm.

Designed specifically for flush/plain doors on heating and ventilation applications, especially air conditioning central units, although it can also be used on electric panels and machinery covers.

Also available with axial adjustment of +/- 2mm and radial adjustment of +/- 1mm 700-1-2-00-1.
